Live Support Terminated for Versions Older than v10

On July 15 2009 RBS terminated live support for versions of our software older than v10. We no longer offer live support for these outdated versions of our software.

Your options are to upgrade to the most current version, or if you want to continue to use the out-dated version, search the Knowledge Base for answers to your questions. You might also find help with old versions in the Service Provider’s Forum.

We announced the End of Life for these versions six months ago by email and on our website, and again 30 days ago by email and on our website. 

RBackup version 10 was released on July 16, 2008. Since then there have been many major and minor upgrades and bug fixes which solve virtually all issues with previous versions. For the most part, our solution to any problem with pre- v10 software is to upgrade. There are a few work-arounds, and these are documented in the searchable Knowledge Base.
