It employs 30 people, most of whom work at the engineering and technical office that RBS maintains in Chennai, a city of about 8 million on the southeastern coast of India. The remaining employees—lead developers, architects, salespeople, and administrative employees—work at the company’s Memphis, Tenn., headquarters.
