Read MoreAfter July 15 RBS will no longer accept renewals for Support Subscriptions that have been expired for longer than twelve months. A new software purchase will be required to obtain the latest version. Also after July 15, RBS will begin charging a fee for renewing expired Support Subscriptions equal to the pro-rated price, calculated monthly since expiration.

Support for these older versions will be limited to self-service only through the Online Knowledge Base and the Service Provider’s Forum.
